By accessing or using the ShanHai service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
ShanHai is provided for lawful personal use only. You may use the service to protect your privacy, bypass geographic restrictions on content, and secure your internet connection. You may not use ShanHai to engage in illegal activities, distribute malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks, spam, fraud, or any activities that violate applicable laws.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis as selected at purchase. Pay-as-you-go data packages are charged as one-time payments. Prices are quoted in Chinese Yuan (¥) and may vary by region. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that prevent the service from functioning as described. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to our support team via Telegram. We do not issue refunds for change of mind, used data, or violations of our acceptable use policy.
ShanHai strives to maintain high availability across all nodes. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to: ISP interference, government-mandated blocking, force majeure events, or maintenance windows.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShanHai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
